Right rear quarter-panel window

Hi guys, i just bought a right quarter-panel window to replace the smashed one in it, but have no clue how to get it in...
any help will be much appreciated!

I'm about to replace one in my door (some f***ers trashed the inside of my car ) , i'll let you know how I did it.
