Can somone refresh my memory (it's been more than 13 years since I've had to give this any consideration) - What does the JJ refer to ?
I know it's something to do with the rim bead profile but I want specific info...............
As shown on the tyre placard, why is the rim code for a 15", J and the 16" is a JJ ?
What's shown on the placard for an SS ?
Bought some rims for the Crewman - 17 x 7.5JJ.
I take it that, according to the placard, I need to fit tyres with a load rating of at least 106 ?
Anyone bought tyres for a Crewman lately - what brand and how much ?
Initial quotes indicate that only original fitment tyres are available and bloody expensive - $267ea. (due to the load rating.....)
