HSV come on 20's and dont have roll gaurds so no. I asume you'll buy 20x8.5 wheels so it wont affect you at all

And the correct offset :)

what is the offset for VE's? my HSV wheels are 20x8.5 48p front and 20x9.5 56p rear but I swear when I looked at Dad's SSV rim it was 19x8 36p?

Holden
16x7 and 17x7 are 43+
18x8 and 19x8 are 48+

HSV
19x8 and 20x8 are 48+
19x9.5 and 20x9.5 are 57+

According to Holden's online specs.

Keen as to fit 285s next time I'm up for rubber. Anyone done this yet and did you roll the gaurds?

Yes mine are 285s, I did get the guards rolled but don't really think it was necessary

yeah I thought that made more sense as most Holden wheels are either 43 or 48p with the exceptiong of VP/Q's and now the 9.5 inch wide rear's

I'm running 22 x 10 with 295s and guards have had a fair bit of rolling and will still kiss the inner guard on the rear every now and then , pretty sure it's 48 offset there is only a very small gap between wheel and the caliper . It's worth the trouble for the look.

Got pics? Pretty keen to see how the tyre sits in relation to the rim. Mine look very slightly stretched at the moment and I'd like a fatter look.

No pics will try make an effort to show you, maybe pm me your mobile and I will send one. The wall of the tyre is basically dead in line with the outer edge of the rim. Doesn't look stretched
