Yella Terra do a bolt on replacement roller rocker for the 304/308, 1.65:1 or 1.5:1(standard)
roller rockers reduce friction in your valve train and may provide a marginal gain but aren't required until you build a high revving is this true?
Roller rockers work because they "roll" accross the tip of the valve stem whereas convetional rockers slide accross the valve stem tip creating wear/tear on both the valve stem tip and rocker face. standard rockers also create a sideways load on the valve stem which creates wear/tear in your valve guides.
