Roof racks - VE international My2010

Hi there commrads.

I’m looking at purchasing a set of roof racks for my VE commodore MY2010.

looking for advice on which brands/types to research further.

of course I would like to best quality for the best price.

Also, are there any more styled/sleak options out there, and is it even anoption to consider the cage style that are common on the VE wagons for use on a sedan?

New or second hand ??
Are you going to have them fitted or fit them yourself ??

Most racks have a rating of 60 to 80 kg but you also need to use common sense with the loading.
eg if you were to carry a long load, ski or similar, you need to tie it down front and back to stop uplift.
Most racks take 10 minutes to fit.

I have been buying selling refurbing racks for different cars for about 8 years mostly rola and rhino but retail outlets sell other brands.
Never done a ve yet but same fitting procedure.
See if you can see a ve on the street and see how they attach.
