Rough idle.

I'm having this weird issue lately with my car. I have replaced the sparkplugs,leads and also replaced the purge hose and its still doing it. For some reason the idle seems a bit low and when it gets low it seems to shutter a bit. Driving around town it is perfect and has plenty of power.. Its just when its on idle it seems to idle really low and shudder. Any ideas?

Forgot to list i also cleaned the iac. It was just pure black and it made no difference.

Is it working correctly? Have you checked its duty cycle? MAF? Opened EGR on idle? VAC leak. Oh and to add the almighty O2 sensors. The list goes on.

Quick question.. Now i have the new purge hose in.. and i was wondering at the back of the engine where it connects to that black sort of little box thingy.. at the bottom of it is it meant to just have some sort of hole area where air comes out or is there meant to be a hose connected to it? Because its completely open and i cannot find a loose hose or anything like that in the engine bay. Also cleaned the maf and replaced the iac without any luck.

Should just be two hose coming out of purge canister at the top one goes to charcoal canister at rear of car and the other goes to the throttle body but no hole or hose at the bottom from recollection
