My temp goes up about 3/4 of the way and then comes back down
when they did that I used to change the temp sensor for the ecu and bleed the system . Top the cooling system up and bleed it first some of the same cars I done that to 6 months later we did the lim gaskets. Thinking back I wonder if it was air in the cooling system no water touching the sensor. The ecu controls the 2 relays

1 sensor, 2 relays. But that sounds about right. With the AC on it basically keeps the low speed fan running most of the time because it is also used to cool the AC system condenser in front of the radiator when you are moving slowly or stationary which also keeps the radiator cool and keeps the engine at about thermostat temp. When you turn the AC off the low speed fan will only come one once it reaches the set temp in the tune which is 104°C.
