Saab Cup Holder replacement???

Hi all,
I now have a WK Caprice. Had to buy it after my WH Caprice was totalled by a hit run red light runner..

So I bought a WK Caprice. Love it. But the flip out cup holders are broken. I bought some off ebay but how to replace them??? Do I have to pull the radio out first??
