Sat navigation contact address book

When trying to use my phone contact adress in the sat nav I get this error can anyone help?

Because I don't know the function you're talking about, and there are way more cluey people 'round here that probably do ... what function were you using in the SatNav, how did it get to this point (ie. what menus/options did you press)?

Is it possible the contact in your 'phone has the address you're expecting to use in a non-address field?

In the sat nav destination screen there is the option to select the navigation address from your phone contacts however when I select the contact it gives this message

I have also tried this feature with multiple iPhones and could not get it to work, also asked the dealer when I took it in for a service and they had no clue of this option or even how to get it to work.

Sent a email to HCC and they never got back to me about this also.

some of my addresses work and some don't. I cannot work out the differences of the addresses.

If the address is in a 'new area', it may not be on the map data base?

I have tried different addresses and different contacts that are in the map data base does this feature work for anyone?
