While we're discussing SC14 prices, how much would an SC14 on its own, without brackets cost?

Theres a few on ebay every week at the most pay 420, delivery from perth to vic was 42 dollars so that should give you some ideas. Ive also got some brackets being made or started today ill post some pics of the brackets and diagrams if you want. They will be for vn and vps though. Ill also do a how to for the intercooler and for the sc14 to give an idea of how hard it is.

That’s a little ambitious isn’t it? A stock vn makes what 90rwkw, so scale that by (10+14.7)/14.7 = 1.65 gives 150rwkw. Assuming the charger drains no power, which it will, and the engine efficiency stays the same, which it probably wonit.

That said, if someone can show me a dyno sheet that proves me wrong, id happily take back my comments

try 100rwkw stock. but yeah, that logic doesnt work. mine made 150rwkw on 8 psi, on 5 cylinders, blown gaskets, and running mega lean. these can reach 200rwkw quite easily. now, once i get that up to 10-12 psi, with everything else fixed, i should be able to reach 200.
there was a cammed vn on here running 3-6 psi, and that made 180rwkw

i got 233 kws uncooled at 8-9 psi
soon to go intercooler but dont really want too
to get the big numbers you will need a bludy good tuner bigger jectors and a few other mods

How much would an average price be for everything in a SC-14 CRS kit with extra BOV all piping and brakets etc. but you dont get the blower its self just the plumbing and all

Dunno there is a bloke on here who has a kit he will sell u for 800 or so all set up.
