Get it buffed and polished.

Just use a bit of touch up paint, usually sells for about $15 a can.

What sort of 'scratches' are you talking about? Do you mean swirls or holograms in the paint or deep scratches. If you run your fingernail across the scratch and can feel your nail getting caught then it will be too deep to buff out.
