Seat Recliner Inspect/Adjust

good part is, its not all of em anyways. same with the A/C leak. Roll of the dice.

Mine goes in on monday for the inspection. Had a quick chat with them about it, my dealership has inspected a bunch but are yet to come across one that needs the adjustment.

I was on Friday and was waiting for 3 hours. They was checking seats for only 15 minutes

Just got mine back a little while ago. They spent about an hour on it. Turns out there's two parts to the recall - one is the recliner part mentioned in the letter, the other is a revision to the seat bracket. Apparently not many cars are affected with the recliner but most going through are having the bracket replacement done. They reckoned they had a fair supply of stock for the swap, so it sounds like they're expecting plenty more to come through.

Pfft, my useless dealer had (has) to order the parts for the recall, supposedly. This even after I booked the vehicle in to check if my vehicle is part of the recall 1 week in advance.
