It's NEVER going to sound even remotely close to an SS. Just a wet fart.

Merge the exhaust and keep it single till near the back. Gives it a deeper sound for the 6's

ones an 8 the other a 6, "neither the twain shall meet" bit hard to get one to sound like an when its missing a couple of pots, I have heard that the firing order has a lot to do with the alloytec sound (makes difficult to have a good note, some success with the manta (NAAF on here) has sold a few and the people have been most happy

Hey guys, I'm from motion performance exhaust centre.

I'm just about to do a serios 2 sv6 from cats back, I've done a few before but I can never get them to sound as mean as the older commodores.. I've experimented with many different ways of doing it, full twin, balance tubes and god knows what! I normally do a lot of custom exhausts so I'm up for anything! Does anyone know what system sounds mean on the ve's? I'm trying to get to sounds similar to a ss, it was easy to do of the older models but not this tricky one! Any opinion is very valid! Cheers guys!

Uhhh, no... not possible on this model or any previous.

Why can't someone ask how to make their V6 sound like a V6?

That way companies might develop something that sounds half decent.
