Welcome to Just Commodores, a site specifically designed for all people who share the same passion as yourself.
my ve service book says 150K km is the first service. got it done then at an auto trans specialist for $120 who told me that he preferred doing them before the 100K km is reached and then every 45K km from then on. all good with mine so not a real problem but he said he had done rebuilds on several VEs well before the first service was due.
We have a machine that flushes all the oil out. You disconnect a cooler line and tap into the system with the machine which takes out the dirty oil and pumps the clean oil in.
The machine becomes part of the trans line so everything runs through it while the car is running.
Best you could do at home is drop the sump then flush out the cooler and cooler lines with something like white spirits then refill the system. Even then old oil will be sitting in the converter and throughout the box. Only real method is to get a workshop with the proper machine to do it.
Which fluid did u use from Super Cheap ? 70 for 4 litre sure aint the cheap stuff
