Setting Km on new dash cluster

Could you please advise what was the cost of having this programming done?

And is it true that the dealer is not allowed to modify the ODO reading if the car has done more than 100,000 KMs? Mine just exceeded 100, and I am interested in getting a new cluster from ebay, but many have 180K or more on them, and I don't my car reading that! Nor do I want to be dodgy and get a 50K one put in, just the exact amount the engine has done.

I just paid $35.75 to get my three window programmed for V8 but the Km can not be changed if you have more than 100km on the dash. So they could not change mine and I wanted the km's increased.
