So I went the fixed barrel model and got a Weihrauch HW 77 .22 cal. Quite happy with how it shoots. Haven't had a chance to see the groups yet as the wind has been a bit gusty here the last few days.

No powder and either no primers or fired primers.
Victoria is fine as I have them, had my safe checked and the officer was very interested in the collection.
Some states class components the same as complete ammo and must be locked up.
