wow thats some real kidney mashers you got there... a mates got just 1 of those kicker subwoofers in his HJ and it rattles the whole thing apart! and hakhawk how did you get more airflow in the glovebox so the cpu doesnt overheat? or does the glovebox already have enough leaks...?

lol, actually, the motherboard is a lowheat motherboard, and uses only a small fan, but i really do need to put some holes in there to let some air out, as it gets quite hot after a while. im thinking of just cutting a hole in the ducting behind the glovebox, and mounting a fan to suck the air out into the ducting.

haha thought so, well anyways i love it. very original :)

hakhawk, can u give the specs of your carPC like wot motherboard u used, the screen etc... i am thinking of doing the same thing.

oh, and sly, that is one clean install, i like it very much. makes me want to get my ass into gear and build my box.

hey hakhawk

how long does your system take to boot up? im assuming its connected to a constant power supply?

its conected to the car battery through a relay setup that starts it when i turn on ACC in the car, it boots up from off to playing music in just under 1 minute. still tweaking that though.
