Side Indicator VT SII - Stolen

So some prick stole my side indicator, do I have to get those from holden (other than someone scrapping)
and are they a legal requirement to have them?

I don't really know but since all cars have them now I would guess that they are required. But driving around for a few days without one should be ok. If you get pulled over just tell the cop it was just stolen by some low life scum who couldn't be bothered spending $20 to buy his own.

Prick of a thing - replaced them with series 1 indicators, lol. Supposedly theft of the clear SII is common....????

Had my EL XR6 headlights attempt steal and caught em but ran off. Worth a hell of a lot even second hand on ebay and hard to come by but never heard of a side indicator on a vanilla VT stolen.
Mustve been desperate for that.

I hadn't either, wrecker said that the clear ones are a target for thieves (???) - he actually had none but had tons of series 1 orange.
