Looks like one of those stupid GM setups where the turbo and exhaust manifold is basically one unit. Means no upgrades. So it's an awesome car if your someone who wants it on nevated lease as a company car :p

The point I mention is that this car already has high flow, high compression, high efficiency (BMEP) on par with the best mass production turbo legends. Thing is it is simply detuned most of the time, too many jumps and hoops to make full power, like the GT-F.
Open up the ECU's parameters for existing gear (coz spec is greater than output) before bolt-on bigger exhaust, blow-off valve, catch can and a pod filter.

cos' supercharged.

lets just dont tell them about overhead cams. that **** just turns into big words and engineering blah..

Nobody in V8 market gives a **** about ohc apart from the fact that it makes the engine too big to fit. OHC is definitely overrated and misconstrued in terms of practical benefits. VVT is much more significant.

Plenty of OHC V8's that fit in other makes fine, not to say it makes for a better engine though. Pro's and con's for each setup.

IDK but to me, going by the picks on the last page, the pump looks easy to change, looks like only the fins get changed and not some of the channels that pumps like my Ecotec have. I could be wrong though.

Spark plugs have gaps to get them out. Even the alternator looks easy to change from its position on the bottom, assuming the crossmember isn't in your way.

Here

Dave Leone, the Cadillac chief engineer has already made some bold claims, “Stacked up against the competition, nobody is faster. Nobody has a higher top speed.” Being that this car is one of the fastest production models that Cadillac has ever produced it will be interesting to see what the future holds when they introduce the other V-Series brand plans by 2020.
