yeah a couple of new ones and a few 2nd hand ones, hopefully the new char fixes it, no clues on my next idea, i have only told a few people but i will be taking photos and will put them up when im done.

**** iv lost count aye mate i got a pretty detailed amount on the previos page of how much stuff cost but there are a few more costs on top of that i reackon you could get it all done for 2500 if you done all the work yourself and got some second hand stuff

Hey dude wat size pipes did u use to make those manifolds?
looking at making my own

hey mate have a go at it not as hard as it looks and i used 2 and a 1/4 inch that was 3mm think of steam pipe

how did you match the 2 1/4 pipes to the exhuast ports in the head or does the step not make a difference?
i'm looking at replicating the manifolds done by proflow.
i wish i had seen these post's sooner, i was living back home in Katikati around the same time you started this could have come over and had a look only a 1/2 hour drive i'm gutted as lol

hey mate i think i know what you mean but i brought a head flange and welded the pipes to that (3) then welded them to the log buy scollaping them
