I'm thinking of updating my iPhone 6 and maybe switching over to Android based, does the feature still work on android type phones if you hold down the talk button for a few seconds to bypass MyLink, which allows to talk to text?

Yes it does. Well, it does on my Samsung S9 and previous S8 anyway. Basically it takes you into Google. I use this feature for both Spotify and txt msg's.

Cool, thanks for that. I have been using talk to text a bit lately and wanted to go back to android and didn't want to pay for an overpriced apple.
