SLE taillight extensions

hey people,
just wondering if all the tail light extensions that came on the SS and SLE have black lines through em.

also, would you be able to spraypaint the lines onto the normal lights to make em match?

it came on my sl/e but i peeled it off...i guess using black electrical tape would be cheaper and easier to use. why bother thought i dont think it made much difference.

It uses pin strip stuff, Autobarn sells it. To paint them, it would be a bitch to do

why not just go and find some vh lights off a blue vh with black surrounds and stuff. My borwn vh has black lines and surrounds.

Easy job to do (if you're patient that is), just mask off the area not wanted to be blacked out then use the VHT nightshades (i think it's called that) to colour the black bit in.
