Solve cant work out how to remove post

Need help blew fog light globe upon replacing the glove the two wires have touched and made crack noise/ like fuse blown checked all fuses . Have power with accessories turned on but once car has started has no power to accessories

Also checked all fuses in fuse box under dash and bonnet

Checked any relays?

Hey cob cheers for the reply i actaully had a neighbour ive never met before he seen me trying to fix it for days. Came over introduce himself ask me if i needed a hand 5 minutes later turns out had a burnt out wire to relay from drive light wires touching. Not just gotta work out how to remove post
