My VE driver's seat outside plastic bit that contains the seat controls has come adrift. Please tell me I don't have to buy a whole new seat. The little lugs have broken...it looks to me like it contains an air bag thingy? so don't want to fiddle. Help and advice please.

Can just replace the plastic. Mine was replaced under warranty. Original ones were weak. Replacement ones are stronger.

Mine is cracked too but just on the edge, not really noticeable so I'll just leave it like this

Replaced mine recently. Son got it for me from ebay, think it was $80.

When i bought the used sv6 the dealer just screwed in top of the plastic. I would say just buy the ebay one everyone saying, looks much better than a screwed one
