Sound Deadening - Doors

Hi Guys,

Ive just bought new Speakers, Amps and a Sub for my VE.
Ive been calling around for install quotes and a few have asked me if i want the sound deadening for the doors, just wondering if its worth it ?

Yes, definitely helps with sound quality and road noise.

Also would be worth finding out what product they will use and whether its both external door skin and interior door wall.
