Take output from trans witch is a 2 wire. blue color do not cut just add wire !!!!other is brown. not needed
i wire ran under car up through a grommet under carpet into the dash area (insert into input!)
unit needs + and - anywhere fine
cut car loom blue purple wire to speedo and insert into OUT 5 of unit.
the unit displays from top to bottom of phone screen as its blue tooth

i have a 3.89 diff and use a correction of 0.306 with 255/40/17 tires
