Get a screw driver, remove the dash fascia, remove instrument cluster, take off the plastic and just put new dials in..

Installation is a reverse of what you just did..

There's instructions floating about the forum.. Just do a search.. But you can do it..

Yeah it's not too hard. As shounak said, take apart the dash and unscrew the cluster. Few screws in the cluster you have to do, pop the needles off the face, and it should come apart once you get the clips out of the way.

You can use a fork from the kitchen to get the needles up.
You may have to wiggle it a little though.

Then use the "hidden" menu again to align all the needles so they wont be so far out when you put them back on.
