Spring loaded fuel flap missing

Hey all
Have a vx commodore sedan and tonight while filling up with fuel I noticed the little spring loaded flap missing
Is it an easy fix, where is it and how do I get it out??
Any help would be awesome and photos

FWIW...I bought a fleabay cheapie....spring clip lasted about 6 weeks...
