Can you just change the rear springs to make the car lower at the back

yes if you don't like the car sitting higher in the rear and want the more level look. You'll need short shocks as well as springs though.

Easiest method is to measure the guard to hub center distance and shoot an email off to king springs letting them know what you'd like the measurement to be.
They're really good at giving you the right model number for your application.
