SS INductions

just wanted to know if any1 has had any experience with the
SS induction to suit Vn-Vs v8 and wat the gains were like?

On the earlier Commodores, they are not much better than a genuine Holden CAI. Slightly larger intake pipe and mouth, but for what they cost, not much gain. They work better on VT-VY V6.

what about the VT 5 litre?
the same as the older 5 litres or better?
i wanna get one in the start of next year...along with high flow cats

Hi flow cats on a 5 litre are unnecessary, unless your cats are buggered anyway. An ss Inductions kit on it may improve it, they don't work too well on a 5.7L though.
