Starting issue

Hi I have a Vox crewman, and lately it’s having trouble starting! The first try at starting doesn’t work just makes a little clicking noise every couple of seconds and then I turn it of and straight back on and it starts every time.
just wondered if anyone had any ideas?

Could be a dodgy starter solenoid or the battery is getting a bit weak. Couldn't hurt the check/clean the battery/starter and earthing terminals etc.
