Steering Wheel fit, for VS Calais

Hi Guys,
new to the forum, after finding it useful in recent times

I'm wondering if anyone knows, whether a WH Statesman steering wheel, is compatible with a VS Calais - I have a Statesman (VN I think) dash with the top pop up glovebox, wood grain console/compartment/shifter knob, and HSV Grange Door Trims.

I have found a wood grain Grange Steering Wheel (airbag type) from a WH, and think it would be a nice addition.

But... Will it fit?

No the splines are different.

They say the wh vt airbag centre fits the airbag vs wheel but I havnt tryed it.

no good mate, the hole in the centre of the steering wheel is bigger on the VT (WH in staty terms). Ive tried which is how I know. The airbag does fits

Thanks for your reply mate - the airbag centre might be a nice touch to the wheel, given the 'Stato' interior changes...

Don't know about the wh stato steering wheel centers but do know a series 3 vs runs the same center as a vt dunnydoor Might be a difference with the stato having steering wheel controls but can't see it with just the ds air bag as long as they used the same wiring colour codes & plugs between the 2 or 3 models.

That is if my series 3 still has its original steering wheel center lol
