Stereo System playing up...HELP!!!!!!

Driving home this morning and all of a sudden the CD changes to FM, then to AM...etc etc. Antenna stuck and not going up/down properly. Auto electrics is not my go....anyone know of somewhere in Sydney who could have a look for me...I called Holden and they said its probably stuffed and they'd have to search for a new unit!

The thing plays fine when not jumping....surely it must be something more simple that buying a new one?

Can anybody help? Any help much appreciated.

Probably just a button stuck or something. Second hand stock headunits can be had for sub$100, just make sure they come with the security pin code.

Could be a harness wiring issue, involving the steering wheel controls and the antenna control wire.
