Just noticed yesterday my brakes were feeling funny when coming to complete stop felt like a little grind and would stop suddenly,

Inspected all rotors and noticed front left had weird wear pattern kinda like little holes in it.

All rotors are only a couple months old and same with pads.

I will take the wheel off today and have a look just wanted some opinions.

No he hasn't.
Did you see the link to the photo?

I don't know what the cause of that is though. Maybe a defective rotor.

They look more than a couple of months old, especially with the rust around the top edge...Rotor looks like a cheapie..

I'd be replacing rotors and pads with something decent

Despite not looking at the picture, how could you come up with drilled and slotted rotors? He only mentioned little holes, not slots as well?

looks like a stones gone thru and pulverized into grit.

I would assume you are running a softer pad and haven't bedded them in. You could try a few hard stops to try and clean everything up, might make a difference.

I think it's exactly the opposite. It looks like the rotor is too soft and the pad is chewing the rotor to pieces. What does the inner side of the rotor look like?

Thanks for you're comments they are TRW rotors high carbon content so i don't think they are soft, although i did just buy cheap silverline pads.

Thing is the driver side rotor does not have this kind of wear on them and it only happened recently, while they have been on there for a 3-4 months, rotors rust very quick.

The feeling of that little grind just started couple of days ago, i didnt get the chance to tear it apart yet too have a look but hopefully today.

I did change the paasenger rear last week and i forgot to open the reservoir when i pushed piston back in. Thats all i can think of that could cause this there is no ABS.

I was leaking a little bit of fluid out the reservoir so i just emptied it a little bit to compensate for the piston being pushed back in might have been over filled.
