What ID is the sump plug washer on my v6 14mm? Burson's said 14 but it looks small.

I found out the information in the list below, other members may clarify whether this is correct. You might be better off buying a sump plug with integrated washer like the one from Supercheap in the link below, they look like they would never leak:

Holden Commodore VN, VP, VQ, VR (03/89-04/95), VS (with 12mm plug) 12mm-1.75 F-107 [V6 I would guess]
Holden Commodore VS (with 25mm plug) 25mm-1.5 FG-5 [V8 I would guess]
Holden Commodore VT V6 (with 14mm plug), VT V8 14mm-1.5 F-106
Holden Commodore VT V6 (with 24mm plug), VX, VX2, VY, Statesman WK, WH (3.8L V6) 24mm-1.5 FG-8
Holden Commodore VX V8, VY V8, VE V6 3.6L 12mm-1.75 F-107

"Think" I tried 12mm and it was too small, damn washer is at home and I need it to get the next one up. Did some sussing myself on eBay and it appears there are two different sizes 12mm and 14mm. Gonna take a chance and get a 14mm and hope that was not the size that was too small, last time I bought one. Looking at the washer it looks like the same one that was a tad too small. Wished I measured the bolt when it was out last time. Worst case is I reuse the old one again and stick some RTV on it for good measure.

I like the review of the sump plug on the Super Cheap Auto website. :)

I will update this on the weekend as to whether the VR Series II has a 14mm or larger. I just bought 14mm. Hopefully I won't have to reuse the old washer a third time. From what I can see on the net is the some VR's have a 12mm. Can't see any reference to a 16mm so fingers crossed.

I was having trouble with the ID lining up the measurements on your pic, which is the only thing that really matters. Well hopefully the ones I have bought will fit. I'd go to Holden's but they are out the other side of Town and for a $2 plug washer the petrol is 4x that.... I do need to go there at some point and will grab 1/2 a dozen as I will need an oil filter. Moving away from aftermarket to genuine after I use up my last one I have in the shed this weekend. It's only about 12-13km to Holden spare parts but it's a 40min round trip because of the bottle neck through Kings Meadows.

yeah I normally buy 4 to 6 filters and washers about once a year from holdens.....joys of having 2 V6 to service :)

Do you have a set of verniers ? use them up on the monitor to measure the washer then against the ruler..if not a piece of paper with some marks on it...
