ok, so i finally got my car back - after getting the engine rebuilt with a fully forged bottom end and a nice new capa charger.
only problem is, after I putt'ed back from the mechanics it started to drip a bit of oil. so i topped her back up and put some cardboard underneth and ran it again to try and identify where the oils comming from.
being this is a brand new engine (full rebuild) i was expecting maybe the sump nuts will need some tightening after the engines been brought upto temp and driven (due to expansion / contraction in the sump gasket).
another thought, was maybe the crank pulley seal, or finally the rear main.
I spoke to the engine builder and he mentioned i may have to put some breathers on my rocker covers (which are the stockies) because the engine & charger are too highly pressurized.
anyone know where i can get a breather kit for the buick v6 standard rocker covers? or even some replacement rocker covers with the all the fittings etc for a breather setup - delivered?
(on a separate note - the car will be up on my local mech's hoist on monday - so we will confirm whether its pressure related, or a seal/leak then)
