i took a short cut between throttle body and supercharger used original 5 ltr ducting big mistake

8.140 8th mile 85.26 mph not bad for 300 k motor with powerdyne oh yeah loving the time slips

changed valve springs so should be able to rev it past 5300 without it ticking at other end of track will find out next meet yeah, a 7 would be nice pretty happy with consistency can leave it drive and run 8.220 all day long.

Should put some aftermarket headers on and twin 2.5" system as a minimum, will see big gains and also lessenes the chances of melted internals.

I'm not in the know wih 1/8 miles. What were the 1/4 mile times? Or is this track only 1/8th?

new valve springs 25 kilos less weight in the car in street trim, another 33kilos comes out on race day
with back seats and pass seats. will it run a 7.9999999999999 . if not it will be a low 8.0 race meet in 2 weeks at southcoast raceway which is more grippier than the local airport meet. plus be running at night so the cooler air might be just enough to give me that little bit extra.according to wallace racing calculator my old time of 8.140 still adds up to a 12.76 1/4 mile not shabby for ol stock motor vn with 300ks under her belt. with a budget supercharger set up. running 7/8 pound boost. any imput welcome.
