10psi is very hard to get to... in the actual engine that is
10psi before the tb is easy...

you need intercooled,
you need injectors,
possibly fuel pump,

what charger you thinking off?

And yes, intercooled is a must.
Trying to tune a non intercooled supercharged alloytec is almost useless.

If you are going forced induction.
You may need to revisit your open
diff dilemma.

You are wasting your money. These engines were never designed to take the stresses of a supercharger. You will have expensive problems and end up damaging your stock engine. Then you have the problem of your insurance on the car with this mod. If you don't declare the mod they can and will deny any claim you make.

If you want more power sell your V6 car and get a V8 - eg Sv8 model. A lot cheaper in the long run, a stronger vehicle in the driveline and no insurance or other hassles.

The 175kw alloytec's run a 10.5:1 compression ratio so i wouldnt run over 8psi
