Fixed!! After I have changed up links, strut tops, control arms, engine mounts and shocks it was the Whiteline sway bar bushes I installed a few weeks after I bought the car. I used whitelines new "greaseless" which told me not to grease. Well it makes sense now, after a few weeks as the rubber gets warm it got sticky and was causing the bar to seize and bang when releasing. Greased them and now she's all fixed, along with a whole new front end
So anyone else out there with these bushes, grease them!
