basically Im just wondering if either of the two has foot well lighting in place from factory?

But if ur in Sydney, there is a guy that does led footwell lighting.

just hoping to use it for foot well neon's.

Mate if you remove the trim on driverside centre console, you will see under the radio a unused 3 pin plug ( that on earlier models was a cigarette plug) 1 of the pin will give you +12v from the instrument -parker lights then another +12v and a negative / earth pin.
i got a set of neons and wired it up through the +12 instrument lights pin and the negative pin. and works great and under $30.

use a multi meter to determine the pins (top of me head the bottom pin is earth)
