Sweenz's Red hot Vf Sv6 - Now lowered!
Good day,
Recently upgraded from the old ve international to the new (demo) vf sv6. Got a really good deal on it, had 2000kms on the clock at purchase, but came with 20" wheels, Sat Nav and window tint.
Model: 2013 Vf Sv6
Colour: Red Hot
Transmission: Manual
Wheels: 20" Genuine Holden wheels
What i like:
-It goes! from driving a boring 4 speed auto to a 210kw 6 speed manual it still puts a grin on my face
-Its comfy, the seats are awesome and on rough roads it handles really well
-The fan-dangled electric assist steering, on large crosswind days you understand how good it is when you see others around you swerving in and out of there lanes trying to stay on the road
What i dont like
-Gearbox is clunky, 1st to 2nd is impossible to get smooth, and going into 3rd seems to crunch on occasions
-Mylink system and ipod intergration is shithouse, a good 5 second delay between changing songs, and once you start the car you have to wait 5 or so minutes before your able to change song.
-Wind noise around drivers door
Mods:
So far,
-plasti dipped Holden grill
-Replaced side indicators from chrome to black
-White led parkers
Future mods:
-Replace all Brake, indicators, Number plate and reverse lights with Led's
-Hid Headlights
-Exhaust system
-OTR if i can find one that's not gonna cost an arm.
-Possibly plasti dip wheels either white or black, had a good run with it in the past so might try my hand at it again
Im sure theres more but i cant think of any more atm
