God Im stupid, the tensioner pulley fell off :hmmm: anyway I went to undo the bolt and it snapped off, now I have figured out the hard way it was a reversed thread, Ive been trying to drill the bolt out but thats harder than I thought, anyone got an idea to get it out?

Should I get a second hand assembly or buy a new one and how much is a new one and where is the best place to get one?

Save your torment, and buy a new one. I recon I have seen them advertised here as a separate item in auto parts stores.

New tensioner assembly is around $160. Either genuine or most auto parts stores can source you one but most likely it will be genuine anyways
