yeah i used to get some kinda clunk/creaking noise in the front when turning sharply to the right (05 VZ ute)
then a week ago i tried to get a wheel alignment done but the bushes were buggered, so i took it to holden and they said the bushes were buggered coz the control arm was bent, and they rekon they havent seen this before and it can only get bent by an impact. I can't recall an impact severe enough to bend some control thingamy in the suspension. But I cant drive around with a wobbly front wheel so i had to fork out the $1000 to fix it. :bang:
I'd assume it'd have to be a fairly decent impact which i'd remember coz i drive the thing like a granny most of the time. :cry: no Christmas this year.
oh and i didn't bring up the clunky noise while turning at the time coz i only remembered 2 days after i picked up the ute. (i dont drive it very often, so I rarely do u-turns)
