Man that's weird...include the bar because it contributes to the weight your pushing.
Olympic weightlifters include the weight of the bar because it is 'actual' weight.
Bit weird saying oh I bench 2 plates either side (80kg), but in actual fact it's 100kg...
I count the bar, pretty much everyone I know in the bodybuilding/powerlifting industry count the weight of the bar.
Agree, it's retarded not to include the weight of the bar, precisely because bars vary in weight.
