Well got a blend over the weekend so going to try and add some oats to my protien shake for brekky (to add some complex carbs) anyone else do this and any tips on making it taste good?

PT session tonight cant wait.

Got intouch with my brother who will come over and do it for me tommorow, he knows the in's and out's of computer's and how they work. Like i said real happy with results and where i'm at. Just need to decide if i want to get bigger or stay the way i am.

Benched 90kg last night. Have been doing 80kg over 3 sets and felt its time to lift. Bugger 5kg lift i went 10kg!. Grabbed it thought light?. Down and up not bad. Repeat it here we go its heavy now not so many reps. But i was happy after warming up with dumbbells getting that in, 15x15-x2 and 35x8-x2. After the 90kg i went back to 3 sets of 80, followed this time by 2 sets of 60. Something to work on but its moving up.

just got back from the gym. doing a 5x5 style routine at the moment, but training alone so it's hard to really push the higher weights.

barbell squat
deadlift
hamstring curl
calf raise
seated calf raise
hanging leg raise

Quick question for you Discomat.. (and others), what does your cut consist of? im lookin at bringing my bf% down and im gonna try a cut see what happens.

The gym is like a good missus - works you hard, lets you come and go as you please and at the end you always walk out ####ed.
