That is excellent...just goes to show you never to old. I take my inspiration from my Dad who is still doing some fairly hefty weights at 70.

Just quietly, I can't believe I ever worked out without Mesomorph. That **** is the most ####in incredible stuff I have ever used. The bloody pump I've been getting and the results after just 5 days of use, is ####in amazing.

I love the **** so much, I think I might put a ring on it!

Dear lord.

I'm only military pressing 60kg's at the very best.

What do you shoulder press?

Well- you see I classify Military Press and Shoulder Press as the same- although I suppose people segregate by saying Military is standing up and Shoulder Press is sitting.
If you look at it that way I Shoulder Press not Military Press, so its 95kg on the Shoulder Press

Trademarc I am interested in knowing what you're doing when you say military press... Db's or BB? Smith machine? You're standing? Do you boost them up yourself? Technique etc..

My understanding of the two is shoulder press is generally done using DB's whilst sitting, and military press is done with a BB (seated or standing, although steated allows for a heavier and more controlled load). Shoulder press works stabilizer muscles also, and also allowing a greater range of motion and you don't have to worry about hitting your head. I pressed 36's for 7 on Friday. Whereas military press allowed for a greater overall load to be pressed.

Disco, what you have posted is how I interpret the two workouts.
