Good stats jecs.

I'm still floating along at 86kg.

I'm trying to up my cardio drastically.

Running around the suburbs will commence soon.

Solid work. I'm sitting on 86kg, still got the gut.

Bulking up like crazy at the moment. Looking forward to starting training with 2010 Australian mr Olympia in January :) :)

Trademarc I am interested in knowing what you're doing when you say military press... Db's or BB? Smith machine? You're standing? Do you boost them up yourself? Technique etc..

My understanding of the two is shoulder press is generally done using DB's whilst sitting, and military press is done with a BB (seated or standing, although steated allows for a heavier and more controlled load). Shoulder press works stabilizer muscles also, and also allowing a greater range of motion and you don't have to worry about hitting your head. I pressed 36's for 7 on Friday. Whereas military press allowed for a greater overall load to be pressed.

Mate I do Military Press on a 3-D Smith Machine, seated. I usually use a little step-up bench to put my feet on so I'm not pushing through the floor. And I do it in front of the face, and allow the bar to come to my nose/upper lip.

I suppose there are different techniques but this works really well for me, can definitely feel and see the difference (I play Cricket so my throwing/bowling has gotten a lot stronger/quicker).

Oh and I weigh 94.3 at the moment! Lost 1kg! Sucks.

OK - I've been on these "no sugar" Jim Beam cans for a few weeks now and thus far they have lost me no fattness what so ever. NFI what is wrong with them :(

Haha its all a facade mate, low-Carb means it still has Carbs!!

I didn't drink for 7 months, makes a world of difference. I just binge now, a couple times a month. Easier on the back pocket as well.

low carb beer is a rip, the beer itself may be low carb, but the primary thing with alcohol is that it is carbs
