WTF how have i not came across this thread before??

some inspiring **** right here! been going through pages after pages reading
some of your diets and fk me im gunna jump on the band wagon and start training.

im on a totally fkd diet which consists of 2 slabs of jack daniels and fatty foods every week.
coming up to the 3 digit mark so time to shred some weight and get rid of this keg and show
off some 6 pak goodness.

im like jecs, wog family sourounded by food. Skips breakfast to have the extra 10mins beauty sleep
and only have lunch and dinner.

What type of diet should i be going for? what ive read is oats in the morning, tuna, cotton cheese and meat for dinner

Mazz, welcome to the thread! Plenty of motivation and help here :D

Check my sample diet up the top of this page, that's a mix between fat loss and bulk up.
Eat 6 meals a day, eat 30g protein every meal and cut out saturated fats (processed foods, junk food) and artificial sugars (soft drinks), drink at least 3 litres of water per day (a glass before, during and after each meal is a pretty easy benchmark) Unless you want to follow the 1 litre per 25kg of bodyweight rule like me. Alcohol will also slow your progress as it's empty carbs, and dehydrates you.

and will start it on monday! any excersies that i should be doing in particular?
not after bulking up just loosing weight.

Gunna start jogging a few nights a week with the rotti to keep the heart rate up

Big compound exercises like Benchpress, Squats, Deadlifts, pushups, pullups, bent over row, cable row.... they'll be your best bet. They'll work your core and smash the fat :)

As of tomorrow im on a mass diet and no eating fatty foods anymore.

even walked past the soft drinks and passed the vanilla cokes..
fk that was the hardest part for me!

gunna go to the gym tomoz and feel the burnnnn.

Haha me same, I might even take a before pic, but you wont be seeing it till there is an after pic to go with it lol. Thanks all for the advice to get started, I just gotta stick with it this time.

I've just eaten my second 'ration' omfg I am so huuuungry who's idea was this!!!

Of course the irony is that normally I wouldn't have eaten a thing all day for another hour or more and not thought twice about it, this is nuts. Mmm, nuts....

Give your body time to adjust to the change. By eating less more frequently, you will find you won't be hungry as much and won't eat as much throughout the day
