When I first looked at it, I was gunna say M3 Roadster with a wild body kit & mags, but now not sure..
EDIT: Or a Z4 something..?

It's not a BMW, it was featured in Seaons 12, episode in which Clarkson reviewed the Ford Fiesta by having a car chase through a shopping centre with a Vette and using it as a beach landing craft.
