if you want performance buy a v8
if you want to get from a to b get a v6

or even better. own both?

V8 and v6's are both made today for the a to b stuff. 30 years ago the v8 was the weekend daily car, and the 6 was the misses kids car. What people dont want to adjust to. Today's 6 are built and perform in all conditions as the old v8's did. If holden were serious about 6's they would be built to perform side by side with the v8's. Fords the perfect example their 6 shits on their v8's. With them the only reason you buy a v8 is for the sound. And people who want that option should be given it.

Lol 90% of this forum own a commodore so were all going to be interested in the same thing commodores and isn't the forum called just commodores.

Its not a useless reply its just trying to stop people from wasting there money you see people spending $4000+ on stroking there v6s and still not getting anywhere.

Most people with a v6 say they want to keep up with V8s and they want them to sound like V8s well the best way to do that is buy a v8.

Buy a good stroker kit, full exhaust, and a big turbo for a V6 and you'll have a car that has too much power for the street!

LOL!!! which street???? i think after those mods you would have almost enough power to be seen in public
